Step 4: Ditch Busywork, Align with Vision

Busy is not the same as productive. Ask yourself:

• Is this task moving me toward my North Star?

• Am I doing this out of habit, obligation, or strategy?

Reclaim your calendar from the chaos. Prioritize income-generating, vision-affirming tasks. Everything else? Either systemize it, schedule it, or say no to it.

Bottom Line:
